The Course

A George Dillon
Masterpiece

The Waterfront's championship 18-hole layout was designed by George Dillon, formerly of the Fazio Design Group. Conceived in 1977 and opened in 1981, the course occupies 750 rolling acres with 8.5 miles of shoreline views throughout.

In 2021, the club completed a comprehensive fairway restoration, converting all playing surfaces to Zeon Zoysia grass — delivering lush, consistent, championship-quality conditions year-round.
